Michigan 2008

We took a family vacation in late July to Michigan. We left early so that we could stop at the Warren Dunes on our way to the resort. It was a very sunny day and Riley showed some red later in the day. Here are some pictures we wanted to share from our vacation.

We couldn't go to the beach and not dip our little toes into Lake Michigan. Riley, however, outsmarted us. As we lowered her feet into the water, she raised her little feet.


Finally! She let us put her feet into the water and sand.

There was also a waterpark at the resort where we were staying. So, we spent a day there as well. We really needed to stay out of the sun for a day as well.

We decided to go to Mackinac Island for a day.
