As Thanksgiving ended and we moved into December, it was time to put up the holiday decorations. Here are some pictures of Mommy, Alexis and Riley putting up the tree in the Family Room.
Then, of course, it was time for a special visit from Santa Claus. We'll let the pictures tell you how much the girls enjoyed his visit.
Mommy and Daddy figured it was best to save Santa and hold the girls. They seemed okay with this.

Well, now that Santa has left, we'll have to wait until next year to see if they will like Santa. However, now it was time to get to that gift that Santa left behind.

It's a baby doll and Riley loved it so much she gave the baby a kiss.
And Alexis carried her baby all around the house.
We couldn't miss our annual tradition of going to Holiday Magic at Brookfield Zoo. We missed it in 2007 due to the circumstances we were in with the girls only being home for a couple months from the NICU. So, it was very exciting to Mommy and Daddy to be able to take the girls this year. It actually turned out to be a nice day, cold but not freezing. Here are some of our pictures from the zoo.
