The girls didn't take much interest in their gifts on their 2nd birthday. They just wanted to have fun. However, we did get a few pictures of them with their gifts.
Their Elmo Cake...
And their balloons...
And their cupcakes!
Along with a few traditions, such as the money jar...
...and blowing out the candles.

Missouri Trip 2009
We started our trip with a stop at the St. Louis zoo.
Once we made it to Branson, we did spend a day at Branson Landing.
We enjoyed the fountains...
Really enjoyed...
We made a stop at a restaurant were the wait staff sings. In fact, one of the waiters was on American Idol and was in the top ten.
Then we made a stop at Fantastic Caverns.
We think the girls enjoyed the caverns, but we are biased so take a look for yourself.
Back at our condo and taking a break.
The girl's first land/water tour. These type of adventures are so much fun with the kids!
In the kiddie pool at the resort.
Nap time. We thought the crossed feet were cute. They do so many similar things and probably don't even realize it.
Checking out those butterflies. It was very hot and humid at the Butterfly Palace and the girls did not want to walk around. The butterflies were bothering them.
Took a tram tour of Dogwood Canyon in Southern Missouri.
Here are some trout in a stream that we were driving through.
Some of the sites within the canyon.
Yes...I meant southern Missouri. The canyon even goes into Arkansas.
Riley really enjoyed the up-close views of the animals.
And how could we visit Missouri without stopping at the Arch.
We ate lunch on the Mississippi in front of the Arch.
And this is how mommy and daddy were able to enjoy the remainder of the trip home...Two very tired girls!
